Pennyrile Collection computer software is one of the leading in the industry. This assures the ability for our collectors to be the most productive while working the assigned accounts.

We also have incorporated one of the top dialer systems in the collection industry. This allows us to have the ability to make thousands of calls every hour from 8:00AM to 9:00PM, Monday through Saturday.

All incoming and outgoing calls are recorded and available for reference if the situation arises. We also provide daily off-site storage backups of all recording and documentation.

Account management is streamlined with our integrated online interface for Clients to place new accounts and manage current accounts.
